I have IBS also and I can wake up feeling miserable and then not be able to eat all day. I cannot find a specific trigger food or foods so I have to take each bite/meal with caution. There are days were the pain is unbearable and others that I'm just extremely bloated and full feeling.

Have you tried this dairy and egg free? Sounds delicious but I'm on a gluten, dairy and egg free diet right now!

I like Ripped in 30 or Insanity. Bob Harper's new series is good too. If you are getting NROLFW you wouldn't neccessarily need P90X as they are both strength programs.

I'm having the same issue! We have a ton of stuff in the house and I don't want it. But when i get my husbands lunch ready and get something for him, I always end up grabbing one or two or three things myself. They don't taste good but I still eat them!

My pain can come as early as the first meal of the day or just from water. I not only get pain, but extreme fullness where there are days I can't even drink anything as I'm so incredibly full even though I haven't had anything to eat.

You might want to see your doctor. I have similar issues, except mine started out with just extreme fullness and has now escalated. If it continues I would contact your doctor. Otherwise try eating/drinking smaller amounts at a time and see if that help. Log everything you eat as well as how you feel after you eat it. This…

There is a breath test that they can do for intolerance, but cutting out all dairy for 2 weeks (to get the best read on the situation) really is the way to go. I'm in. I'm going to limit my sugar consumtion to 3-4 days of processed sugar (candy, baked goods) a week. I only eat about 50-100 calories a day of it already but it seems to stare me in the face every time I pass by it. I have to cut out dairy anyway so this is a good addition.

I've tried the milk substitutes and I don't mind them. My biggest issue is finding one that isn't soy but still has protein. What is everyone's take on Soy products? There are many professionals that suggest women do not use them as it causes other issues.
