Never was a fan of Soy milk but I do recommend Almond milk and I don't even like almonds lol. Also I was told to watch the Soy since it's irritates my skin

I upped my cals from 1490 to 1720 about 3 weeks ago and actually LOST 4 pounds since being in a Plateau for almost 2 months! Nah I'm good.

Agree with Big Red. 1500-1800 is a good calorie range. It gives your body the fuel it needs yet also give you a deficit.

When I was eating at 1200 thing I went into a Plateau. I tried to raise it to about 1400 that helped a little. I finally put it up to 1700 cals and I've lost another pound after doing that after a week FINALLY after almost 2 months of not losing ANYTHING! :drinker:

I've done it before with my mom. Start slow and see if you can get through the first mile and 2 mile then when you've gotten comfortable with both go on to mile 3 etc

I needed this. I've been in a Plateau since Jan! :noway: It's so frustrating. I even tried to up my cals to 1400 and nothing seems to be helping. I'll give this a try.

I started my Last Semester of Undergrad and now I'm in grad school. All my classes are in the evening so what I do now is bring my own food like a protein shake and a cup of greek yogurt. I got to the school gym after class and exercise for like an hour or so. I recommend going to store and if you can get some chicken…

Thanks guys. Before my workout I had some Beans with Wild Rice and A LOT of water then went right into it. Probably the worst idea. =/ I'll def wait a good while after I eat before I do that kind of workout again.

Not without a possible trip to the hospital. 15 pounds in a month is actually hella great. They have cleanses and stuff but that will only be like water weight and it will be back next week when you eat normal again
