Hi I just started T25 today. I'm 23 years old heading to law school soon.

I go to the classes. My instructor has her own style of teaching it that I just LOVE. It just feels so great in group setting than by yourself at home.

No I don't go because I want to get myself together first. I tried working out while sick and it only made things WORST. I couldn't even make it home from the gym and the next day smh. never again

MFP is WAY simpler for me to use. I hated using Sparkpeople it was confusing and clustered. I do however keep signed up for their newsletter with recipes, workout tips etc.

I would be TOO Pissed. I live at home but I buy some of my own food. PLUS Im the only who is up at night since my day doesn't start till 1 pm. OH HELL NO!

I lost my first 40 on the low end reduce calorie (1200-1400) then after reading the boards I upped it and now over 50 pounds down. This how it works. Basically you are STILL at a reduced calorie deficit, however, you are given you body enough fuel so it's know that "Okay she/he is going to have food come in so I can burn…

I do. Like said before in moderation. Moe's and Zaxby's in particular. :p But I don't really eat a lot of fast food in general these days
