30 pounds away from my Goal but stuck.

I started my weight lost journey about two years ago and went from 270 to the 190s which is were I currently stand. I managed to crack out the 190s once but that was because I had Wisdom teeth removal and was on a liquid/soft food diet for about two weeks. It's been months I tried increasing my workouts and my eating but not too much has happened scale wise. I would like to know what others who are very close to their goal weight did to help get out this plateau.

Redo your numbers for your current weight and activity level, measure everything you eat, and continue exercising at a level that requires increased effort.0

I hit one around the same place (30 pounds away from the original goal). What worked for me was taking about a week (5 or so days) and eating at maintenance. Then I switched back. I gained a few pounds in the process (I am thinking it was glycogen), and they fell off quickly. I went back to where I started in about half a week and started losing again from that point on. It seems to be spottier loss now. I can go a week and lose a pound, then lose 4 the next.0
