I do this as well.... I have not taken a dime to work with me since I started this. All of my diary is usually complete before I ever come to work. That way I know exactly what I'm going to eat ...... Surely hope this helps.... I really wouldn't worry too much about having excess calories on these long days.... after all…

I work these same hours... mine are like 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off then I go to nights for 2 weeks and then back to days and so on.... I find it extremely hard to track on these days that I'm "switching over" but I do log them. I get a pretty free day when I work off nights and sleep a little bit in the mornings then sleep…

I just read the other day that a glass or 2 (not a bottle) of red wine actually helps with all aspects of PMS. So maybe just keep a bottle of red wine and a little piece of dark chocolate handy. I always love it when my guy brings me a glass of wine and he has one with me..... chocolate could only make it better. Good luck

I had lost 30 lbs and not one of my "friends" commented..... until one and only one (who is naturally very small) said how great I was looking. I've been eating as if I didn't care all day but watching me get closer and closer to my limit on calories (before dinner) so I went for a good bike ride and gained some exercise calories to use..... may not be the "right" way to do it but I wasn't gonna skip dinner.... So that's what I did.... good luck to ya
