I started the 90 day challenge yesterday I'm doing the Omnicentric one. I am not sure if I can do the dance cardio everyday thats a lot of jumping but I'm hoping I can get through it easier and easier every day :)

I just bought the DVDs and should be getting them today. How did your system workout for you? I'm starting a 60 day push today and wonder how the DVDs are.

You should take measurements. I know at one point I was discouraged because I had only lost one pound in an entire month but I had lost 7 inches! so it may just be your body converting fat to muscle.

I put 4.0 because you generally finish all five miles in 70 minutes which is roughly 4.2 mph when averaged out :-)
