  • I like to make chicken avocado salad - mix mashed avocado with shredded chicken breast, add salsa if desired plus salt, pepper, etc. Serve on toast, salad greens, or enjoy as is!

  • I'm 5'10 and love it! My hubby is 6'4, so I can still wear heels when we go out. I'm definitely excited about getting my weight back to where it was!
  • My goal is to lose 27 lbs. I've been on about a month now and I'm down 9 lbs so far. If you have a strong need to snack try carrots or slices of apples instead, and get rid of the chocolate and chips if possible. If they're not available you alleviate most of the temptation! Good luck to you!
