Wow, thanks alot guys. I'm definitley going to look at these things. Couch to 5k seems to come reccomended alot here. I'm also going to buy some decent running shoes, the thought hand't even crossed my mind that could be the problem. Thanks everyone :)

Thanks, cycling is a really good suggestion.. Not something i had thought about before since i used to hate it but this could be a good opportunity to start again. Hiya, i'm pretty new too but i am loving it. Never enjoyed trying to lose weight before but this is making it kinda fun, plus it's very easy to work. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive, so good luck :)

I love seeing my stomach get flatter and more toned, like how it used to be.

Options Mint hot chocolate i only meant to be 38 calories a serving and it actually tastes really good. In fact after avoiding chocolate i found it a little bit on the sweet side so i didn't even have the whole cup.

Now this seriously makes me glad i don't drink coke. That is disgusting, i hate to think what it does to your body. Really good post, very persuasive.
