I usually try to go with some kind of steak house so I can get chicken or steak and a sweet potato (plain) and I pass on the bread. I prefer to go out for breakfast though so I can get a good omelette and bacon.

Yeah, it's a huge difference with a sports bra. I am only a B, but sometimes I forget to change bras before I go out for a run and I can tell immediately. Doesn't have to be a fancy one, just something from Walmart or Target does fine.

I don't tan in a tanning bed, but I am outside a lot in the sun. I use sunscreen if I am going out for a long time, but you still get tan. I exercise so I can eat more. I don't want to have to eat 1200/day calories for the rest of my life and live in fear if I go above that I will gain it all back. Looking better and being healthier is a bonus too, but mainly it's so I can eat my big ole steaks and bacon.

Don't worry about it. You may be extra hungry another day and it will all even out over time. Now if you are always below 1200 you may want to add some higher cal foods in, but one day doesn't matter.

Get a scoop of whatever you want. You can probably find the calories in mfp, just do a search for vanilla ice cream cone. I just had ice cream, then went for a long walk. You can fit it in, so you don't feel deprived.

Try it for 3-4 weeks, see how you feel. If you don't like it/don't see results/don't feel good, stop doing it. I follow a Primal way of eating and my health is better and the weight is coming off without feeling like I am "sacrificing" anything. It's not for everyone.

I cut out all grains April 1 of this year and feel great. Eczema has totally cleared. I will never go back. And I follow more the Primal way of eating as I occasionally eat dairy. All but 5 lbs of my total weight loss has been since cutting grains.

I tell him I'm going to the grocery store and to text me what he wants. I don't really cook for him either though. Unless he cooks on the grill or I make a roast or something, we get our own meals.
