  • I haven't used either, but I do use olay regenerist. Not to heavy, good scent and it doesn't make me greasy.
  • My Dr suggested taking the thyroid meds at night, but you do have to wait two hours after eating.
  • I really don't look at it as torture. More of a reinforcement of why I don't eat like that anymore. The next day I'm always dragging my rear because of bloat or just generally still being to full.

  • If you don't have a zester or micro planer, just use a regular peeler. Like the above poster said, don't get the white part-nasty bitter stuff. Once you taken the peel you need, juice the lemon. The peel has was more oils for flavor than the juice. Lots of recipes call for both though.
  • I've switched to a fat free half & half. 20 cals for 2 tbls and no sugar in it. I've used equal for a long time, the regular sugar leaves a sour taste for me.

  • After reading up on them, I'd have say they are just for walking. The idea is that they create a slight instability so that you use your body (muscles) more. Using them while running or during aerobics would most like get you a sprained/broken ankle. That's my take on it anyway.
