I started lifting heavy , eating right and doing cardio almost daily. I lost 2 lbs in a month! Needless to say I was really discouraged, until I went clothes shopping and found I went down a size. I still have about 30 lbs to lose, but as long as my clothes keep getting smaller I really don't care what the scale says.

I am no expert, but it seems like you are overdoing it a bit on the cardio.

If you are limited on time, try 30 day shred. It is only 20 minutes long but the results you will get are amazing. P90X is longer, I believe it is 45 min- 60min/day. 30 day shred is no walk in the park, but I was not in very good shape when I started and I managed to finish the 30 days. I have a pair of the tone ups and I absolutely love them. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had. Who knows if they help burn calories or not... I wear them just for the comfort factor. In my opinion they are also much cuter than the shape ups.
