I go on ruck marches everyday, with 80 or more pounds of equipment. If I can do it, then anyone can.

    actually you could be the laziest person in the world and do absolutely nothing and still loss weight as long as you track your calories and eat at a deficit amount

    I lost 80 lbs by eating right and walking --didn't hurt at all...
