Thanks this was So helpfull(i'm a newby - (4 weeks). My scale has hardly moved the past two weeks! I work HARD to burn off those cals each day. Do the calories on a can of fruit change if it is drained? if so by how much? "I have light" of no sugar added.

I'm trying to keep track of calories and I have a question. Is the caloretic content listed on cans of fruit with the juice or drained??? I always get light or unsweetened but I usually drain it- so am I using less calories than it says? if so how do I calculate it? (pineapple/mandarin oranges to be exact)

Hi I just started this journey- and I want each step to be as effective as possible. I am sticking to 1200 -1300 cal diet. So my question is do I need to eat after excersizing or can I skip it and save those calories for the other 3 meals + 1 snack in the day? Will not eating cause my muscles to not build up as fast? (if…
