I'm trying to keep track of calories and I have a question. Is the caloretic content listed on cans of fruit with the juice or drained??? I always get light or unsweetened but I usually drain it- so am I using less calories than it says? if so how do I calculate it? (pineapple/mandarin oranges to be exact)

I imagine if it's in the can, they are requred to count it, but I'm not positive about that. Might want to do a little research and let us know on that one.0
