Hey, I use to be larger but as of right now I am a 36 d and have to wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it, then a tight tank top to hold it all in and last my regular shirt on top. Have you tried doubling up your bras?

Idealy I would like to be down 30lbs by July 12th (my dress fitting) but I will be happy with anything over 10lbs. lol hopefully closer to 20! =P

Its a beachbdoy home fitness program. Its all about building muscle and getting toned. Tricep dips are great if your trying to target your triceps. =D but there are many parts to your arm.
