How do you view another members food diary? I eat the same things ALL the time and would love to get some new ideas! :happy:

You could find a generic strength training under the cardio exercise search listing. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I use it when I take a 60 min Total Body Strength training class at my gym. Hope this helps.

emerald coca roasted almonds are great to have on hand. high in protein....a little high on fat but I guess almonds are good fat. very filling : ) I also roll up slices of deli turkey breast (no bread!).
