The KK burger was actually pretty good. I had a bite of my husband's. It was sweet and salty. Fortunately, they were giving away body by vi samples at the booth next to us! Then I came home and had a shakeology shake last night. Still a work in progress on the not binging but one day at a time and I schooled yesterday!

Way to go!! I too am coming back to C25K. I did it last year and ran my first 5k April of 2010. I took a hiatus around thanksgiving after 3 5K's and then did it again this year and ran one 5k in April. Now I am coming back to it. I don't know why I stop. I'm sad to say that I missed today. I am working nights tonight and by the time I fell asleep for a nap...it was too late to sleep and then get the workout in. I will make sure to get it in tomorrow though!!

I have been on nights for 10 years. I have done WW and sparkpeople, but I am new to MFP. I usually eat the dinner I cook with the family when I get up( about 5). It is my big meal. I work 12 hour nights. Then, I eat a snack about 9 or 10pm. I eat my lunch about 12 or 1 depending on my patients. Then I eat some breakfast…

I started yesterday. I haven't done more than walking in a year. It was last November that I "Fell off the wagon". Well, it was very challenging to me. I have been a diehard reader for years!! I swore I would never give up my books for the smell and feel and other things listed here. However, I have been a nook Convertee ever since Jan of this year. I have not held a book since then and don't miss it. I love love love my nook. Try it you might just like it.

OKAY! I'm in. I did 30 day shred last year to kick off my weight loss program. I have fallen completely off the wagon and haven't done much in a whole year. I am just starting with MFP today and was thinking about doing the 30 day shred again. This is perfect! I am 5' 2" and weigh 215.8 this morning. Lets go!
