It's a computer. If you click hold and drag the picture to your google tool bar it will search and tell you what the picture is. Works for most pictures.

I felt that way then I increased my fat intake and it helped a lot. I still stay within my range of allowable fats.

I had a doctor like that once. I looked him in the eye and said you're fired. He didn't know what to do. He left and I got to see the doc that owned the practice. He was not happy with his junior partner. Call the office and make your displeasure known.

I had to work in surgery yesterday. I didn't look like an over stuffed sausage in my scrubs. January has been a good month for me.

I ate rice with butter sugar and a little milk for breakfast when I was a kid. In Hawaii they eat a dish called Loco Moco. 2 scoops of rice with 2 hamburger patties 2 over easy eggs all covered with brown gravy. It's good but maybe that's why so many Hawaiians are big.

I stand corrected. On most forum boards a bump just keeps the thread current. It does the same thing here but there is the "my topics" section that apparently keeps all of your posts available. Thanks for pointing that out. I really hadn't noticed the "my topics" heading.

Bump is a way to move a thread to the top of the list. It doesn't save it for you just keeps it current.

Thanks I am going to go to every other day on the treadmill. I bought a bowflex off Craigslist and I'm picking that up tonight so that should take care of the strength training. I have been staying away from bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. I had a grilled tuna sandwich for lunch so that will kick up my calories.…

You are down 1 belt hole so things are getting better. I'm having the same problem right now. I lost 15 pounds pretty fast then I stalled. However my clothes are looser and I am down a notch on my belt. Keep at it, the scale cannot win forever.

I started off walking and now I'm doing the C25K. Only in week2 but I am doing it. If you can go to a swimming pool that would take the strain off your legs and feet.

I am having the same dilemma. I'm a gadget freak so it's easy for me to buy something and not use it. I am also concerned about the chest strap. Will it be too short? Thanks for asking this question. I'll be following it to see what everyone thinks.

I just started on C25K. Week 2 day 1. I do all mine on a treadmill. At 24 degrees I am not going outside to run. I have over 100 pounds to loose and my knees are not the best. Congratulations. The less pills you have to take the better. My wife's doctor is a pill pusher and she takes way too many. She is switching doctors so maybe that will help. I take 1 aspirin daily and that is it.
