Thanks, I'm not planning on "starving myself" but i was wondering if it was something to factor in if i eat for the day & i'm not hungry and my net doesnt equal up to 1,2000.. each day is different.. some day i'm over others i'm under... then i have days where i dont even count at all!

Its a weekly average from Monday to now .. i'm not sure if my body is storing fat or something and thats why its high maybe i need more carbs

Well my calories are set to 1200 i've had 400&500 calorie workouts so i net around 1,200 but i have extra calories left from working out.. i dont eat them.. Now my fat percent is 34 over 30 (i should be at 30) im thinking it will work itself out by the end of the week. I follow the chart on my phone..

Thanks for the compliment! The problem is living under a roof with your mother in law who is over weight and *****es when something different is made in her kitchen i cant stand it.

Iost 75lbs a year and a half ago (it was pregnancy weight i put on) i've always been little. I dont think need a therapist i think i need more will power. and the people around me eat the most fatening food so it kinda sabotoges my diet when i wanna make something different.

Wheni first met my goal weight my mother in law always said " your too skinny" , " you dont eat enough" it was ridiculas! Its not like shes exactly trying to lose weight.. i respect the woman but i think shes over weight. My next small goal is to only have 1 cheat day and not 3. I have done this before... i am working hard…

When i started insanity i hurt my knee & ankle which i took a break and was fine... Then when i worked out on the eliptical the back of my calfs were hurting for a couple days.. its a mix.. ANd after these things happen i take a couple days break.. i get back at it and i'm hurt or my muscles hurt

Thank you! I'm at 4 miles for a long run yes... and once i master that i'll make 5 as my long run... should i continue 3-4 miles as my short runs (endurance) .. is 3 days a week enough or should i push it to 4 before a long run?

Yeeah i think i'm just freaking out.... I should know better... but freaking out because i was at my goal weight and i left myself go (((BAD BAD BAD))) gained 13lbs in a year so every pound i lose to gain i am like ahhhhhh.. guess its time to be more open minded

i never weigh myself everyday... I USED TO .. a year ago Like sunday i knew i ate bad so i waited until today to weigh myself... maybe i should of waited longer!

With my flucutuation it says i'm 130 i was 128 the other day... i do drink alot of water... and i have upped my fruits & veggies. I'm not starving myself (i love food too much) Sunday i may have missed a couple things on my diary but its nowhere near 7,000 calories. I'm aiming for 122-123

I dont think i ate 7,000 thats alot but yesterdays eating didnt help me either... in which im working out today even though i'm sick.
