I just didnt have the right shoes or a jump mat... the shoes i had werent cross training & the mat i had was yoga while jumping on a hard patio floor but now i have a jump mat and the right shoes so

Thats true... I do have workout anxiety though... i hurt my knee and ankle with insanity and i havent gotten back to it since how is a good way to get back into this

I have insanity & turbofire... I also need to train for broadstreet run which i have 9 weeks to do... now if i eat 1200 calories and workout do i have to eat ALL The calories back i burned or half.. how true is this starvation mode thing because i dont want that to happene either

Thanks everyone... I had the worst luck with insanity but i have 9 weeks to train for broadstreet and i dont wanna fail and wimp out!... its gonna be worth it and its gonna help me so much!

Typically i burn 400 cal doing insanity ; i have never heard of brooks is there a website?

sometimes i do... i started insanity but i'm behind because i hurt my knee and ankle, picked up athletes foot .. ordered new shoes they are too tight so i had to send them back i have the worst luck!

I actually gained like 12lb in the past year so trying to get back down to where i was & noticed that!

I just dont understand why it would tell me to eat 1,200 cal to lose 2 lbs and then tell me 1,200 cal to lose 1lb i didnt get the logic behind it... though when i started using MFP a year ago for 1lb loss it told me like 1,290 or something like that.. its confusing for sure!

If i eat 1,390 i supposibly lose a lb a week if i eat 1,200 i supposibly lose a lb a week So i dont understand..

Sorry i worded that wrong... 2 years ago i was eating 1,200 then i kinda let myself go and gained 12 pounds.. sorry! i did reach my goal now i'm just discouraged and feel gross... i'm so unsure on how much i should eat anymore.

Sooo if i weigh 132lbs and im not really "ACTIVE" But im gonna be training to run at least 3-4 times a week how many calories should i be eating with not really active at the moment.

Yeah this is true..anything is possible i suppose. I've gained 12 lbs in the last year and my age isnt helping.. being 28 your metabolism slows down.
