This sounds great.. so you set yourself up on a website then to count calories and the fitbit records the steps and heartrate? .. is there a band to go near your heart or is it getting your pulse from your wrist?

Yes i did 1 pound a week :) I figured it was a well rounded number where i'm not overdoing it!

I like that! I mean i have been trying to change my ways of eating with good decisions.. Its really hard but your right its day one!

I dont believe in diet pills or anything.. sure maybe when i was like 20 but i still see people around my age using it and i'm surprised.

Or i can go with my first theory when i lost weight before of eating 6 small meals a day either it be smaller breakfast lunch and dinner with 3 low calorie snacks too.

I think for now i'll aim for 8lbs in 6 weeks assuming 3 is already water weight factored in and see what happens from there. Also expecting to lose more inches than weight. Thanks all.

I'm not aiming to lose all 20, Just 15 for now.. Or at least 12.

My 6 week goal would be 150 to 135.. i mean if i lost 2lbs a week i could total out at 12lbs which is still good.

I like the way your going with this!!! I just have to get my bum to the gym everyday for at least 30-45 mins no matter how tired i am.. does that happen to you alot? are you always tired?

Thanks for all of your positive reinforcements.. What keeps you going? I used to have will power like no other until people told me i was too skinny and i think it made me depressed.. Now i feel like if i dont change it now i'll never change it.

Belive it or not i gained 100lbs during pregnancy and i had lost it 2 years ago so i do know what its like to be in that boat but apparently the lifestyle change didnt work if i'm slowly gaining it back.. Thanks, I'm hoping to get there by Christmas.. i keep telling myself that and i keep up the old habits.. gotta start…

I felt like for a little while i did let myself go but now i'm like... what did i just do!

I ran broad street last year but my legs were in agony after.. i could look that app up.. or make a small goal of 6 miles and see how i do..

Thank you... I reached my goal weight and i have been gaining ever since its pretty tough .. trying to do things to motivate myself and i end up being extremely tired and just keep eating because im' giving up on myself.. could it be some eating disorder.. emotional eating
