If i were to get a heart rate monitor which one would anyone recommend? i feel like since im smaller im at the point to where its harder and slower to lose the weight. I was at my goal weight then i gained 13lb back with 7 left to go. I used to eat 1200 and burn 600 and not eat what i had burned. It seemed to have worked…

Evertyime i get a workout buddy our schedules usually end up conflicting... i really do need to set aside time to workout instead of feeling bad about someone watching my little one.. i mean i can always have my husband keep an eye on him while i work out.. guess i dont want anyone complaining about me being gone longer…

I pay for 2 gyms and i dont go to either... i have a little man who is gonna be 3 i feel bad for leaving him to go work out... i have weird hours like 10-4... maybe if i start waking up early and going to the gym....

they sell premade smoothies at the grocery store but they are more expensive than buying the ingredients on your own.. either you can add water, milk or juice to it.. depending on your preference which can be done on your way out the door.…

Thanks everyone -- I'm gonna buy an electronic scale to make sure my weigh ins are accurate & I'm gonna eat 1,200 cal a day & try to take 1/2 hour walks and possibly gym trips -- I'll look for the shred tape too

I've gotten my sweet tooth and all ive been eating is sweets I have been eating 1,200 cal a day for a while and my weight has been fluctuating alot I just need to pull in more than 2 workout days a week! I eat rice cakes, protein shakes, meal replacement bars, 0 fat popsicles , burgers with the least calories from Fat but I seem to be slowly fallIng off track by eating ice cream cookies, reese cups etc

Dinner Went well I just counted 2 tbsp of it rather than what I usually put on it and shook it before it went on the grill so instead of 13 cal I put 50. I had it in a salad with a tsp of dressing :)

Thanks! I was just unsure of how it would turn out and I didny think it would be anymore than what I usually ate but I usually count my dressing :)

Thanks for all of your help I'm not real strict but when it's a good day it's a good day at Least one day a week I'll go over , I just wish she would of asked- I'm sure it won't be a million cal I just get discouraged easy
