To be honest as most of the calories, fat and high amounts of salt are in the meat itself even before you add on sauces/mayonaise etc. I would think that 1007 calories is near enough what you are eating even if you just have the meat and pitta. I agree that weighing in first thing on Monday morning is a really good way to keep focussed at the weekend. Knowing i'm going to have to step on those scales as soon as I get up on Monday keeps me conscious of what i'm eating all weekend!
