I'm 5'2" and my goal is 130lbs. I know I'm suppose to be smaller than that (according to the charts), but I think I'll look better if I still have a little meat on my bones. You've lost a lot. I started on mfp at 159, but I've been 198 at a few points in my life. It just takes time and I'm willing to take it slow.

What I normally do (not sure if it's right for everyone) is instead of eating a huge breakfast, I eat a little at breakfast, then snack between breakfast and lunch, eat a medium sized lunch, then snack between lunch and leaving work. In the same boat! I'm 5'2" and I gained weight for 2 months (getting up to 160), now it's finally coming off. I'm down to 157.5 and I hope the trend continues. Don't give up!

You will love zumba! I'm hooked! I wish you could make it to the classes because that's where I get most of my encouragement, but I'm sure the DVDs are great as well. Have fun!
