I just warm them up....mint and peanut butter are my favorite :)

I go for short walks around 11am and 2pm...it helps to get away from my desk. Also I keep some healthy snacks at my desk.... almonds (14=85 cal), popcorn, and some 100 calorie chocolate something in case I need a sweet treat. Good luck!!!

Trust me I feel your pain....I seem to be losing about a pound a week and I feel like i have changed my eating life drastically. I do feel better than I have in months though adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. Good luck and keep it up....I know after some time you will see some changes and that will give you some…

I don't really have a cheat day but I do tend to eat a little more on the weekends...so I guess that sort of counts :)

It sounds like you did a good job trying to eyeball things and stayed away from the egg rolls...maybe a light snack before you go next time may help :happy:

I know what you mean! It is a real eye opener...I had no idea I was eatting soooo many calories until I started tracking with this program :)
