24 Hour Challenge - Sept

So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Startes Sept 1st

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of September!!

Many of us have done well with this challenge (especially last month!!) its very motivating to get your butt moving

YOU know you want too!! COME ON!

    ok im in. gonna be hard but i have decided to choose a monthly challenge every month and even tho i may not quite meet it, it still gives me an extra push to try a little harder which is something that has been an i ssue in the past. sooooo....here we go. sept 1st sets it off :)

    This challenge helped keep me on track last month, so I'm definitely in again this month. Hoping to hit the 24 hour goal earlier in the month this time around.

  • I am IN on this. I did this in August and it was fab - had me exercising!!

    9/1 Mon - 29 min walk/run combo

    29/1440 = 2% of 24hrs

    Awesome to see so many new faces!!! Welcome to all the people who just joined this site (I LOVE MFP) and to those of you who its your first challenge. Its a great one :) As others have mentioned it really gets you motivated to work out 24 hours. I didn't complete it last month so I really want to complete the challenge!

    09/01: 80 min (30 circuit training, 30 kickboxing, 20 calisthenics)

    80 min / 1440 min



    I really cannot believe it's already September!!

    9/1= 36min (26 min aerobics and 10 min strength training)

    Not much today, but I'll have more tomorrow :smile:
