    so all up with my first 3days . . .

    I'm joining a little late, but I still want to do it! Below are my minutes so far for September

    9/1 run/walk 2.56 miles – 36 minutes
    9/2 run/walk 2.55 miles – 31 minutes; circuit training – JM RI30 15 min
    9/3 run/walk 3.83 miles – 50 minutes; cleaning 20 minutes
    9/4 run/walk 5.19 miles – 76 minutes

    Total minutes = 228 minutes! Made a ticker below :)

    I'm behind by almost exactly one day's worth (48 minutes).
