  • I understand. Every year I get older it gets even harder. I am tired of it too. I was thinking the same thing, because I feel like I work so hard and it has taken me 9 months to lose 7lbs. Then I remind myself that this is just how my life is, and I can choose. If I didn't work so hard I probably would have gained 5lbs…

  • I bought the sports line one. Cheap 35 bucks at walmart. Only problem is I can't find anyone who can change the battery so I've been through 2 of them in the past 3 years. Is the Polar battery easily changed? Mine is dead again.

  • Greetings! My husband follows Primal and it worked great for him. Wasn't sure how it would be for a woman. How long have you followed it and what results did you see? Are you taking the vitamins?
