Last time I ate at qdoba I got a fajita bowl. Add the pork, black beans, salsa, lettuce, and veggies. No rice. It was around 330 cals.

Sounds good. I'll look into these as well. I am definitely looking to burn lots of cals but at the same time it doesn't hurt if it's fun!

Thanks everyone! I love zumba as well. I've just started borrowing some dvds from the library and i don't think they have the new zumba exhilerate. I borrowed an older zumba dvd and I've liked it =) Zumba is my new infatuation haha. Thanks for the suggestions I am going to try some of these out.

Hmm.. well if you stop by Fall River, Ma you can see the oldest working carousel and the battleship. I used to live there and loved going down to the waterfront. Also, lets see, if you make it out to Lexington Kentucky you can stop inside the main library and see the world's largest ceiling clock! =) Have fun!

For some reason I'm not over in sugar as much as I am sodium. But I've noticed that sugar doesn't affect my weight as much as sodium and calories so I tend not to worry about it. I really don't know what to tell you. If it's not added sugar or sugar from candy or bad things than I wouldn't worry about it too much.

It is a tough situation. I only have one child and she's 2 and sometimes it's hard enough for me to find ideas to keep her busy. On Saturday nights we have movie night. She gets to pick a movie and we have some snacks and watch it together. We started doing that when she was about 15 months old or so. She didn't do as well…

I definitely don't sip my water. I try and get as much water as I can in during the day and that usually means guzzling it. Now, if I'm out somewhere (like waiting for my daughter while she's in dance class) I sip it.

They were $3 at ours too so he picked them up for me to try out. I didn't do that one today but I did the lose 10 lbs now. I may try the other one out later on.

Yeah, the first 10 mins was pure aerobics using a step and the rest had to do with kettlebell/dumbbell and squats, lunges, etc. Thanks!

I have one of her dvd's and I'd like to joing this challenege. I'd like to try and walk a mile a day. So 30 miles for the month of October! Please feel free to add me. I'll need the encouragement and reminders to walk my mile!! =)

I NEEDED that today! The scale hasn't been cooperating with me neither but so far since June I have lost 42 lbs, I went from a 24w to a 20w =) That's quite a lot in the almost 4 months I've been doing this! Take that scale! I am still WINNING!

Not sure how much sugar is in it but the only kind I've tried is Chobani low fat with fruit on the bottom.

Try some yoga to stretch out your hips. A lot of times it helps me.
