I read the ingredients on everything I buy. The fewer the ingredients the more natural is it. Most time the fat is replaced with added sugar in one form or another and loads of chemicals to make it taste OK. I would rather eat less of a natural product than more of unnatural ones.

I make my breakfast the night before and leave in the fridge. 50g frozen mixed berries 1 sachet (34g) Multigrain fruit muesli Quakers Oat So Simple 1 low fat yogurt mix together leave over night and eat when your ready. I usually eat mine when I get to work.

Hi I did SW a few years back I lost 2st and got 1lb from my target weight and then put it all back on and more. I like some of the principles of SW, I.E the healthy extras, helps you limited bread, cheese etc. But I do not agree with the low fat items being free food, as many of them are full of sugar or substitute…

Thats expensive! I would not pay for just a meal plan. You can get a good weekly meal plan from magazines a lot cheaper. Write it off as experience and don't pay any more! This is how I work my high protein diet. I only use the shakes for breakfast when I am running late. It is sustainable and I find it does not cost so much. I use my slow cooker to cook cheaper cuts of meat and roast my own ham joints.
