    Hi

    I am also from the UK.

    I am just starting out with Slimming World again. Lost a lot of weight with about 5 years ago, but have but it back on plus more.

    I have not signed up for a class yet, as there are none in my area that fit my schedule.

    Any help and support would be appreciated.
