Thanks for getting us started! I did 1.5 mile pushing double stroller Tues night...was lazy last night but got up and did 30 min on stationary bike this a.m. Going out for mexican (my weakness) but hoping just to have a bowl of soup - this place has my fav!! Have a great evening everyone!!

How did everyone do? I started the challenge and then didn't get in my walk! Bummer! That's why I need the site...more accountability... So the plan for tonight is to push my girls in the double stroller for 1.5 miles...pushing 50+ pounds should jump start something :) I hope everyone has a great fitness/eating day!!

I read somewhere recently that those breath strips will help fight off the cravings...triggers something in the brain...

Thanks for joining up! I've been doing better (but not great) about getting a walk or something in during the evening... Was reading some Dr. Oz and he recommends walking (or doing something) for 30 minutes everyday... I've got to get on the ball - been going in the wrong direction!

Anyone want to join? We can start the topic daily (with the same header) and we can log in our info from the day before... Surely 30 min per day for 2.5 weeks will get some of us jumpstarted!! I sure need it!! I know that having a challenge and needing to report in everyday will give us some accountability and motivation…
