How did everyone do? I started the challenge and then didn't get in my walk! Bummer! That's why I need the site...more accountability... So the plan for tonight is to push my girls in the double stroller for 1.5 miles...pushing 50+ pounds should jump start something :) I hope everyone has a great fitness/eating day!!
Anyone want to join? We can start the topic daily (with the same header) and we can log in our info from the day before... Surely 30 min per day for 2.5 weeks will get some of us jumpstarted!!
