This is my first week..... My five are: 1. Stay in my calories 2. Add more fruits 3. More veggies 4. cut back on starches 5. Post my food journal daily. Eating is my main issue at this point. I must find some enjoyable healthy recipes.

My calves. I walk alot with work and they always seem to look the best!

This is the area I have the most problems with. Learning to eat better foods. I love fruits and a lot of veggies. I like them raw though. So then I get bored with them..... I must focus more on this part of my lifestyle.

Jan, I have a bone spur in my right heel also. This is what I did. They are called Sketchers Shape ups......... I wear them constantly. I don't know it's even there when I wear them. I also so Alot of stretches. There are some really good ones out there. But until your surgery I'd totally recomend getting some shape-ups.
