Getting through the work part of the day Suggestions
I'm at work Monday- Friday from 7:30 till 4:30. I get home about 5pm. Try and slap a meal together so I can get to the Gym @ 6:30. it's about 10 miles away. So my problem is eating. Any Suggestions on lower ab work......
I have one hip that is fused which means it doesn't bend. So I can't really do the normal lower ab crunch. but as i've lost a little weight i've noticed this pouch in my lower ab and I'd really love to find some exercises to help tone it. Any suggestions?
