Getting through the work part of the day Suggestions

I'm at work Monday- Friday from 7:30 till 4:30. I get home about 5pm. Try and slap a meal together so I can get to the Gym @ 6:30. it's about 10 miles away.

So my problem is eating. I need some good suggestions for my days, especially from the time I go to work till I come home. I'm more of a snacker. So i'd rather have small meals throughout the day than large meals. I need more fruits and veggies added in.



So anyone have some good suggestions as to what to carry with me each day?

    My diary is open if you would like to have a look and get some ideas....Im doing a 12 week challenge and on week 5, I'm finding I have to be super organized and usually make some high protein meals like mini meatballs, pieced up chicken, and then just add different veges to each meal.... Frozen mixed berries are also great, mixed with cottage cheese or natural yoghurt.
