I know what you mean about the fixation thing. I decided to go 30 days without weighing myself. Only 5 days left!! hahaha... And it hasn't been easy not jumping on that freaking scale..... Congrats on the loss!! :D

I find it hard to STOP eating sometimes.... I tend to just eat and eat and eat, which is what caused me to be fat. I'm getting better, but once in a while, the binging still happens...regrettably.

I wouldn't say anything. No good is going to come of that... Just leave well enough alone unless you want some sort of awkward or angry dynamic going on. Some people are just disillusioned and nothing you would or could say is going to change that.

Hey, I'm aiming for somewhere between 100 and 110. I'm 4'11" with a small frame so I think that it should be doable.

I found level 2 to be more difficult than level 3 personally. A lot of plank stuff, but you feel sooo good after once you've done it :)
