I have not been on for about 2 weeks. I got on the scale this morning( I found my husband's hiding spot). I am down another 2 pounds. I have not been logging my food for 2 weeks and not exercising. I had some weird health thing going on but feel much better so I am back on track.

I appreciate your comments banks! I REALLY needed to read this today. I try to keep in mind that being healthy and losing the weight is a journey not a destination.

You are speaking my mind!! I found myself crying at my desk today while working!!! It is insane! I have been feeling good and doing so well for well over a month now and then WHAM right out of left field with this junk. I am feeling your pain and am struggling right along with you today!

I wouldn't stress it to much. Bad days come. I feel like it is part of the process. Falling down( eating poorly, not exercising) just so you can get back up. I used to be one of those people that when I failed I gave up. I threw in the towel. I beat myself up emotionally and then ate like CRAZY. I do not feel that way…

Weighing myself several times a day and riding the losses really well and the gains ( which are inevitable ) really bad. Don't be to hard on yourself about it though. I just bought Turbo Jam with the weighted gloves and I am having a hard time getting into it. I LOVE Power90. It is short but extensive workout. I love Power90! It is a great workout but I agree with Skittles6617 it is not for someone who is not dedicated to it. It is repetitive but it grows with you.
