  • I have notice if I can keep my heart rate in range I do have been luck loosing some weight. But I have hard time going that slow too. I feel like I am not getting a very good work out then.   • It depends for me, I try and stick with 3 meals a day but I end up snacking alot. I have notice since I start working out more that I really like to snack. I need to figure out how to cut that out.
  • Mine hubby knows and freaks out.. He says he loves me the way I am. I told him I am trying to not gain any more weight. He then says we all die in the end so I should just do what I want. So i have to be closet person with my weight.
