I take a B-complex (i've a vegetarian and the B series tends to be the vitamin most veggies are deficient in) and a prenatal (leftovers from when I was pregnant, basically a multi-vitamin)

OMG mine is the same way!!!! I have to teach myself not to weigh in so much..because one day it'll say i've lost 3 pounds, the next day it'll say i've gained a few pounds..totally discouraging! I've decided i'm not speaking to my scale for awhile...we're quarreling :p

IMO, it's a waste of calories..I would much rather eat some food!! ..but then again I did have a small frozen coke today though :tongue: ..but most days the only thing I have besides water is my morning cuppa joe!

Ditto these..they work SO well staying in your ears. I also have a habit of having a lot of headphones go out on me because I sweat inside them and it ends up ruining them, but these seem to work with no issues :)

Totally agree with this too. I attempted 1200 cals after my son was born (and the doc cleared exercise) and it was AWFUL. I was a crab all the time and constantly felt hungry. I've stuck to the 1400 cals a day and I feel a world of a difference better!

Orrowheat has a 40 calorie bread!! It's so good too..had some today :) It's called Orrowheat Light 100% Whole wheat bread....haven't had the sara lee version, but I'll def have to try it!
