Anyone have a recipe for lettuce wraps??
Trying to find a lower calorie lettuce wrap recipe! I've looked online but they all seem to be really high in calories (and sugar from the sauce)..does anyone have a good recipe?! I'm vegetarian, but I can use "veggie chicken/ground beef" as a substitute. Thanks!!

Anyone actually losing a pound a week?
..or whatever your weekly loss goal is? I know I'm not, I've been pretty diligent about my eating/exercise and since starting mfp about 2 months ago, I've lost 6 pounds...is anyone losing a pound a week pretty consistently? Splurge days..
Today was mine! I figured there would be a lot of bbqs going on today, so I'm not alone, right?! I will admit, it felt pretty good to snack throughout the day :) Back to the grind tomorrow though!! **scurries off to add frozen custard to food diary** :p
