I would like to know too! I've done some research and people seem to say it's because it's due to dehydration and not enough water consumption. I use to barely drink any water at all, but now I drink a whole bunch but it's still hurting sometimes. :/

Yea it's fine if you don't want to tone your muscles, you could just do cardio exercises to burn fat. But in my opinion, toning muscles looks good especially in a bikini. LOL. One pounds is good for each week! You should only be losing 1-2 pounds a week anyway, it's recommended to only lose that much once a week.
