If he's saying "I love you babe" to a woman he has only known a few months, and you don't know and love her also, as part of a mutual circle of friends or something, then it sounds like an affair.

NO!
-
great link. read it thoroughly including all the links it links you to.
-
That seems like a good goal for your height and weight. Can you open your diary?
-
Another vote for Stronglifts.
-
totally LOL'd
-
this. you are borderline underweight. Eat like 2600+ and lift!
-
I think your arms might be bigger! Do you have one from this angle?
-
Your family members are @ssholes, stupid, and probably just jealous that you are dedicated to something and could follow through, which reminds them of their own failures and shortcomings, so they put you down to make themselves feel better.

I also believe an IQ test should be required before you're allowed to reproduce, and families should be capped at two children, sterilized in the hospital after #2 is born. Also, now that Earth 2 has been discovered...DIBS! I want to go live on the clean slate that hasn't been f@cked up yet!

I planned on being child free by choice, but then it just happened. I was young. But I'm glad I was young because now I'm 36 and almost empty nesting, it's nice to have a house sitter/pet sitter when I go on vacation without having to hire one! lol I tell him all the time I had him just so I would have a free maid now that…

with a bodymedia, you do not log exercise at all. It tracks your TDEE from midnight to midnight. If you want to log a workout as a way to remind yourself of what day you did what, you can log it as one calorie.
-
when you log exercise and your calories go up, the macros adjust to reflect the higher amounts
-
"I didn't...I checked them in the bathroom!"
-
...and I meant 3000 calories not 300, obviously. My TDEE is about 1800. You can't fit more than 1700 calories on a plate? I do it at the chinese buffet all the time lol... and I get everything you're saying, just didn't want new people or folks suffering from an ED to think it really means anything. It needs to be your…

yeah intermittent fasting is pretty great, but it should be a 4-10 hour window, the longer side for women, not a 1 hour window, and you can't tell a new person to eat "whatever you want". I could eat 300 calories of fried chicken fingers and french fries smothered in ranch on that plate and GAIN weight as that is well over…

or you could not do this and be much healthier and happier....

nearly choked on my coffee. :flowerforyou: WWKD?

You're not sedentary, you should change it to active, or at least lightly active. Then your commutes would be accounted for. Either that or log every little thing you do that's not sitting on your butt. But it's easier to say your normal lifestyle is active than to bother logging every move you make..

0 - everything goes on the scale

I lol'd  this ninja kitteh!

I log everything. Even coffee gets 3 separate line items, one for the Kcup, one for the splenda, and one for the soy milk. Did you know that every pack of splenda is 4 cals and 1 carb? Almost nothing is really zero. The law says you can call it zero if it's less than 5. So if a serving is "one" of something that SAYS zero…

you never mentioned your height and weight, but one can assume, unless you're like 5'4".... you're not going to gain any muscle at all eating below 2000 a day. Do like others said, use a TDEE calc. Using your current activity, find your TDEE. Set your diary to that -15%, then eat that and don't log exercise because it's…

What Iron Smasher means is: What are your goals? Why are you doing this? To "just lose weight and be skinny"? To "gain some muscle and lose fat at the same time"? To "build lots of muscle and be ripped"? The answers to "how much should I eat?" vary greatly depending on what it is you are trying to accomplish....

How tall are you?
