So I kinda finished Ripped in 30 and I don't see changes whatsoever, instead I feel like I gained weight. I feel frustrated and my abs, no change at all...

Man today I felt like I haven't lost any weight, I went shopping for jeans and when I tried one my size it didn't fit, I had to search a bigger size so...I haven't lost any weight or what the fudge??

Today I did week 3, day 1...man that was tough and started level 2 of 6w6p, although still my abs are pretty much the same, I see a teeny tiny difference, hope by the end of week 4 I see more changes cause I see my body and it's still the same,

How effective is Ripped in 30?? I began today week 2 and I'm also doing part of 6w6p but I don't see much difference and I'm trying really hard to eat healthy. Other thing, I don't know if I can follow the diet she recommends, I donwloaded to see how was it but I find it kinda hard to follow it.
