That is the only way I can lose weight also - and have lost 56 pounds since January. For people struggling with arthritis - wheat sugar and dairy are the big culprits. I have noticed the pain is much reduced since I have embraced this food plan. Best wishes to you!

Hi! I have lost 48 pounds since January 1st by watching what I eat and walking, only. I am also 59 years old, so losing weight the older you get is a challenge also - you can do this thing! Be hopeful and expectant for victory! :)

Sounds like you are making some really good changes...they key is to make small changes in food plan and exercise, little by little and you will be amazed what will happen. If you would like a friend, I am available....I was 270 at my highest weight... :)

Since I am small boned, my goal is 125. According to charts, I think I am supposed to be somewhere between 114 and 143, so 125 iabout in the middle. I was that weight about 22 years ago and never felt better, so that is where I am aiming for again. LOOOOOONG way to go! :) Blessings to everyone!

I feel your pain - I have had it also, and certain things seem to make it worse for me - alcohol of any kind, antihistamines for allergies and analgesics (like aspirin, etc). I also get it more when I get a lot of exercise, although for the last few days it hasn't been too bad, which is amazing. Seems like water aerobics…

Yes - I experience this every day. I can only speak for myself but I use food to go numb, much like other people use drugs, gambling, shopping, alcohol, or any number of other addictions.
