Or I may be misunderstanding. We talking about under the upper arm jigglies or front to the side of the boob jigglies? If it's the to the side of the boobs on the outside then you'll need to do chest exercises. Benching and the butterfly pec machine work well.

That's your tricep! Look up some tricep exercises. I have that same problem and have lost a good bit so far, but I still can do the double wave :-(

Getting you 8 glasses of water intake every day helps tremendously. Are you drinking all your water? And yes, you are right about the water retention...it could be just water weight. Weigh again tomorrow and see if it's the same.

I like to have strawberry sandwiches which consists of: *2 strawberries *sunbeam light wheat bread *drizzle of honey *fat free cream cheese and for a side I'll eat a mango (mmm) or some more strawberries all for about 300 calories and 1 gram of fat (mango has 1 gram)

In the words of the p90x dude...I hate it, but I love it! I love it because it burns 10 calories a minute. I hate it because it also burns my thighs pretty intensly the first 5 minutes, but after that they get warmed up and the burning fades away. Stretching also helps it feel better. I'm sorry you hate it :-(

fat guitarist hehe. neways... im with you on the party at the bar. alcohol is so many calories but i LOVE to drink. And not to get tipsy...to get drunk!
