I can so relate. At the end of the day when I have calories left I think, "mmm, I can eat ice cream!" or "That frozen pizza would be soooo yummy" When we all know that's a bad idea, expecially right before bed.

It says on their site that each workout burns about 600 calories for the average person. This is a rough estimate, I know. I've looked everywhere to try and find how much it burns but didn't find anything else...I even kgb'd it!!!

I must say, WOW! That's crazy... I've never heard of that before. I've heard of having problems with periods due to being obese, but not because of losing weight, but hey what do I know!? Looking forward to hearing responses. Sorry about your misfortunes.

It's very hard for a female to get huge due to the fact we don't have testosterone. The girl body builders on tv get huge from taking steroids. But anyways...Squats are the best leg work out! Unfortunately! They are my least favorite..I hate them with a passion but I do them because there's nothing better. Lunges are…

I know how you feel about saying your weight. I feel a lot better saying it now because I know in a year I will not be anywhere close to that! I think short terms goals are the best because you don't feel so overwhelmed. Good luck on your journey to a better you.

When you set up your MFP account it asks you how active you are daily. So you being a waitress and a housecleaner you should pick very active and then let MFP automatically add your calories onto your daily intake instead of yourself posting that as a workout. Just my 2 cents :-/

I LOVE going to the gym! I can do more than the people that go at my time (midnightish) so it makes me feel good! I can lift a lot too in the weight room so I like to show off, hehe :-). But I was nervous at first... I remember getting butterflies when I was pulling into the parking lot thinking..."I'm so out of shape, I'm…

I usually never go over my fat. I looked at the nutrition info on the back of tons of products at the store to find fat free items. Sunbeam light wheat bread (0g fat) for your sammichs, fat free milk for your cereal/shake/drink, limit your butter and cheese (I found that the low fat items still have a good amount of fat in…

I've actually just started this. Just finished the first week 2 days ago and suppose to start week 2 tonight. I honestly don't think I will be able to run 3 miles in 2 months, but I'm going to try and stick with it and repeat weeks if I have to. I'll get there eventually :-). How will we do this? Blogs?
