ok friends...throughout my healthy eating habits and exercise i must admit that the hardest week for me is when its my t.o.m...for some reasong i crave nothing but chips and chocolate and this is when i am hardest on myself because i feel SO guilty , and i always gain weight, for not being able to control my cravings...today before i went to my kickboxing class i ate a hersheys dark chocolate candy bar!!! i felt bad for a minute...but then i realized that IT'S OK!!! can i not enjoy life every now and then and eat badly...i don't eat like this everyday!!! but please believe that as of today i will be working out extra hard during my t.o.m so i wont gain extra weight!!! :wink:
