You can combine with your favorite spices (we use salt, pepper, onion, parsley) , roll into balls and bake in the oven, then pour over or dip in Frank's red hot - for your own version of "Guilt Free Wings!" Serve with celery, carrots, etc.

Be careful that you aren't eating too few calories, because that is no good for you either. Your body will go into starvation mode and store any of the fat, calories, etc that you're taking in. You'll not be able to retain muscle either (which is a big calorie burner!). So if you aren't seeing results, try something new…

5'8'' here and hovering in the mid- to low-150s. Would like to hit 135 - I have a bigger frame, so that is when I look lean and mean! :) Good luck to you, it can be done, it just takes a while!
