Thanks for the advice.....I'm going to drink more water. Also, I have a small banana at my desk but a friend of mine told me to stay away from fresh fruits when trying to lose weight. I work at a healthcare company that has a gym so I'm going to start hitting the weights. I actually enjoy doing weights more than cardio anyway. I've heard belly fat is the hardest to get rid of but it MUST come off!
